Finance & Administration AssistantA leading Multi Academy Trust is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Assistant to join their dedicated team.  This is a full-time role (37 hours/week) based on site and offers a generous salary, along with an excellent pension scheme and generous holiday entitlement.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support financial processes, including grant management, budgeting, and transactional recording.
  • Assist in financial reconciliation, audit preparation, and payroll processes.
  • Liaise with schools and external agencies to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Maintain accurate and secure handling of financial data and resources.
  • Carry out administrative support tasks as required by the central team.
About You:
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (A-C).
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • AAT Level 3 qualification (or willingness to attain) is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding children and young people.
