Duties
To work within a Co-Ordination team of sales individuals processing orders.
Proactively following up customer quotes and orders
Providing Outstanding Customer Service to increase customer retention.
Business to Business Calls - To customers who have requested quotes.
Engaging within the team and working to SMART objectives
Confident within phone calls and speaking with customers
Processing orders on the company internal system
Further Job Details
Working within the office in Tamworth
Monday to Thursday 8.15 - 5pm and Fridays 8.30 - 3pm
Holidays- 24 days + Bank Holidays
