People Solutions is recruiting Stock Controllers for a well-known client in Wilnecote, Tamworth, offering a temporary to permanent position.
The role pays £11.48 per hour and requires a good level of English, numeracy, and literacy skills.
Candidates should have previous warehouse and stock controller experience, although training is provided on-site.
Daily duties include checking and booking inbound stock, scanning, and maintaining health and safety standards.

STOCK CONTROLLER

MONDAY - FRIDAY:

£11.48 PER HOUR

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Stock Controllers for our well-known client based in Wilnecote, Tamworth on a temporary to permanent basis.

Day to Day Duties

Your day-to-day duties as a Stock Controller with our client will include:

• Checking inbound stock
• Booking inbound stock
• Scanning
• Shrink wrap pallets manually
• Split heavy pallets down
• Data entry
• Moving stock around the warehouse with pump truck
• Paperwork completion
• Ensure safe operation and maintain high standards of health and safety
• Report any stock/product issues to management

Essential Skills

Skills needed to be a Stock Controller with our client are:

• Good level of English
• Be able to work as part of a team or alone
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Good attention to detail
• Must be able to understand and adhere to all safety requirements
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritise workload

Desirable Experience

Desirable experience needed for a Stock Controller with our client is:

• Previous warehouse & stock controller experience
• Working within a similar environment

Training

• Training given on site and additional support throughout
