Join a well-recognised legal 500 firm in the West Midlands are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor/ Cilex to join their well-established team.
The firm are open to looking at people ideally 1-2 PQE but will consider more experienced.
Key responsibilities include managing a personal caseload of Commercial Property matters to include but not limited to:
- Freehold Sales and Purchases
- Property Development and Associated Agreements
- Residential Development
- Funding
- Pension Fund Transactions
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Agricultural/Rural Land
- Title Investigation and Rectification
- Clawback, Overage and Pre-Emption Agreements
