This role sits within a highly respected Employment team, recognised by the Legal 500 as one of the top teams in the West Midlands.
The Role
As an Employment Solicitor, you’ll work closely with the head of department, handling your own caseload independently. Key responsibilities will include:
- Settlement Agreements
- Employment Tribunal Cases
- Equality & Discrimination Matters
- Unfair/Wrongful Dismissals
- Disciplinary & Grievance Procedures
- TUPE, Maternity & Paternity, and Redundancy Issues
About You
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a passion for networking and business development. You should live within a 40-minute commute of the Tamworth office and be comfortable handling work for both corporate clients and individuals.
