- Advise clients on a variety of employment law matters, including contracts, disputes, disciplinary actions, and compliance with employment legislation
- Represent clients in employment tribunals, mediations, and negotiations
- Draft and review employment-related documents such as contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on the latest developments in employment law
- Work closely with a team of experienced solicitors and support staff to deliver exceptional service
