We are pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a leading Employment Law team based in Tamworth. This reputable firm offers hybrid working, free onsite parking, healthcare benefits, and the chance to work on top-tier cases.

About the Team

This role sits within a highly respected Employment team, recognised by the Legal 500 as one of the top teams in the West Midlands.

The Role

As an Employment Solicitor, you’ll work closely with the head of department, handling your own caseload independently. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Settlement Agreements
  • Employment Tribunal Cases
  • Equality & Discrimination Matters
  • Unfair/Wrongful Dismissals
  • Disciplinary & Grievance Procedures
  • TUPE, Maternity & Paternity, and Redundancy Issues

About You

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a passion for networking and business development. You should live within a 40-minute commute of the Tamworth office and be comfortable handling work for both corporate clients and individuals.
