Are you a skilled Litigation Handler looking for a new challenge? Join a dynamic team where your expertise in defending litigated motor claims will make a significant impact.In this role, you will handle a variety of motor claims, including personal injury, property damage, credit hire, LVI, and fraud. You'll work with large corporates, assessing liability, setting reserves, and negotiating with third parties to achieve the best outcomes for motor-related incidents.You will benefit from working within an environment, where there are no billing hours/chargeable time recording required, you're performance will simply be measured against your outcomes and settlements.

Location: TamworthSalary: £35,000 - £40,000  Work type: Full time, permanent (Hybrid working 3-day office / 2-day home)

Responsibilities:•    Defend litigated motor claims from issue to trial.•    Assess liability and maintain reserves.•    Investigate third-party claims.•    Negotiate with third parties, insurers, and solicitors.•    Value general and special damages.•    Ensure compliance with protocols and key performance indicators.•    Achieve data integrity compliance.•    Support the litigation team.•    Delegate tasks to Claims Administration Assistants.•    Ensure compliance with financial transactions.•    Act as a referral point for the team.
