We are looking for a motivated Quality Manager to join a market leading manufacturer in their respective field. An exciting opportunity for a skilled Quality Manager to join a well-established company and engineering team. As Manager you will be tasked with the running and continuous improvement of the Quality Department. This role will appeal to an autonomous individual with a comprehensive idea of how to run a successful Quality department within a pressurised environment. This position will appeal to a strong manager looking for their next challenging role within a secure and stable company.
Main Responsibilities:
Establish and implement quality policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
Ensure that quality strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives, setting product quality targets and operational needs to enable the company to function effectively.Establish long term quality improvement plans, driving a culture of continuous improvement.Monitor industry trends and advancements to integrate best practices into the quality management system.Ensure compliance with the relevant regulations, standards and certifications (ISO9001, 14001,45001)Implement lean manufacturing techniques and six sigma methodologies to optimize quality, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs related to defects and inefficiencies.
What You Will Need* NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma* A demonstrable and proven track record in the use of Quality tools; such as 8D, FEMEA, Ishikawa, Root cause, Kaizen/Six Sigma & 5Y associated Quality tools.* A knowledgeable understanding of ISO 9001 & adherence to additional standards, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.* Experience of SAP, SharePoint, excel
