  • Make a difference in a dynamic environment: You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various departments, including technical teams, to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Champion compliance and safety: You will maintain our Rospa Gold award status and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
As the Quality Manager your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing quality strategies and processes to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitoring industry trends and advancements to integrate best practices into the quality management system.
  • Providing expert advice on quality-related issues and acting as the primary point of contact for all quality matters
  • Analysing data and utilising KPIs to identify areas for improvement across all aspects of quality, including customer, supplier, and internal performance.
  • Performing regular internal audits and inspections to assess adherence to quality standards
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to product quality
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of quality assurance and HSE professionals.
  • Guiding and supporting all compliance matters involving legislation, changes, and HSE/Government updates
As the Quality Manager you will receive the following benefits:
