Description

  • Managing product non-compliance concerns with customers and staff.
  • Managing non-compliance with company procedures, training instructions, policies.
  • First contact for key suppliers with regards quality (i.e. calibrations).
  • Maintaining Supplier Quality Assessments.
  • Managing internal concerns, customer concerns and supplier concerns.
  • Reporting on cost of non-quality (re-works).
  • Fail code reports and Right First-Time reports.
  • On-time delivery reporting.
  • Managing internal audits program.
  • Managing BSI AS9100 / ISO9001 auditing visits.
  • Chairing / minuting monthly objectives meeting.
  • Managing CSIP, KPIs, Action Monitor.

Profile

A successful Quality Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a Quality role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Expert knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
