- Developing and implementing quality strategies and processes to achieve business objectives.
- Monitoring industry trends and advancements to integrate best practices into the quality management system.
- Providing expert advice on quality-related issues and acting as the primary point of contact for all quality matters
- Analysing data and utilising KPIs to identify areas for improvement across all aspects of quality, including customer, supplier, and internal performance.
- Performing regular internal audits and inspections to assess adherence to quality standards
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to product quality
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of quality assurance and HSE professionals.
- Guiding and supporting all compliance matters involving legislation, changes, and HSE/Government updates
- Work hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday [1]
