Maxim Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to assist with support duties for a prestigious law firm.
Our client is a forward-thinking, innovative, and friendly law firm and the role will involve providing secretarial and administrative support to the team.
Duties:
- Assist the legal team in ensuring smooth progress of work and excellent client service.
- Handle general typing, digital dictation, document inputting, and correspondence as directed by lawyers.
- Utilize the firm's Case Management system to prepare relevant documents
- Deal with any client queries.
- Ensure clear ledger and file organization, preparing legal documents clients, and arranging appointments
- Assist with filing, archiving, and retrieval of client files.
- Manage appointments, new clients, and maintain lawyer diaries.
- Handle postage and other administrative tasks required for the team
- Ensure confidentiality and security of firm and client documentation/information.
Skills And Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computer usage, including familiarity with our case management system.
- Excellent typing skills and experience with digital dictation systems.
- Must have previous Legal Secretary or similar experience
The salary for this role is dependent on experience however; we envisage this to be in the region of £24,000 - £28,000 There is also a very lucrative benefits package available with the role.
