The role at times will be extremely busy and at times you will work under pressure , however the role is varied, will be fast paced and will offer you a challenge daily. Logistics / Fleet administration or Fleet controller experience is preferred , however we will look at other industries or sectors if you can demonstrate you have worked in a fast paced and challenging office and have the ability to adapt to an ever changing environment.The role is Administration heavy so if you love admin work, highly organised this is a perfect role for you.You will need to maintain relationships with manufacturers, repairers and service providers where you will monitor VOR & VNA , taking calls from drivers and organising correct action for the vehicles , working very closely with the fleet team to reduce cost, fleet down time and accidents.Essentially your job will be to monitor all company fleet ( assets ) , downtime, reporting daily VOR/VNA internally, communicating with 3rd party support partners on fleet availability and take ownership of all fleet administration function relating to motor claims.
