In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent within the supply chain and logistics sectors, helping our clients to build high-performing teams that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the supply chain sector.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' hiring needs and organizational culture to make informed recruitment decisions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding for successful candidates.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor movements to offer insightful advice to clients and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably with a focus on supply chain, logistics, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain functions, roles, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and MS Office Suite.
  • A degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
