This role requires a high level of flexibility & the ability to communicate both verbally and written. Duties to include but not limited to : -*Provide a high standard of customer service to all customers. * Respond appropriately to both customers and drivers. * Allocate jobs to drivers & planning to achieve the required response times. * Handling of live customer complaints. * Full awareness of real-time resource availability. * Pricing of jobs for drivers & customers as per pricing process.* Maximise opportunities to prevent occurrence's of loss-making jobs.
