NIGHT TEAM MEMBER - 4 on 4 off - 12 Hour Shifts ( 7pm - 7am ) or ( 9pm - 9am ) Become part of a successful operation in Tamworth with a rapidly growing business who offer a cost effective, reliable and sustainable service. Reporting to your Manager you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for customers and driver. This role requires a high level of flexibility & the ability to communicate both verbally and written. Duties to include but not limited to : -*Provide a high standard of customer service to all customers. * Respond appropriately to both customers and drivers. * Allocate jobs to drivers & planning to achieve the required response times. * Handling of live customer complaints. * Full awareness of real-time resource availability. * Pricing of jobs for drivers & customers as per pricing process.* Maximise opportunities to prevent occurrence's of loss-making jobs. What we need from you to be successful :-*Strong Work ethic giving full attention to detail & accuracy. * Able to solve complaints and issues. * Able to work alone and unsupervised at times.* Experience within a high pressured environment is advantageous. * Strong admin skills & willingness to be flexible. If you have worked in previous contact centre, planning, scheduling or transport office we need to hear from you!Apply Now for a positive career move!
