Reporting to the Sales team the role of Sales Supportwill be responsible for providing quotations via CRM and processingcustomer orders ( Using the bespoke CRM system) efficiently and accurately.
High volume order processing , dealing with customers via phone / email - resolve order queries
Experience of using SAP / ERP would be a distinct advantage
To be a success we are looking for applicants who have:
- Previous experience of working in a Customer Service Environment
- Can demonstrate strong attention to details
- Can work wellunder pressure and still produce work quality
- Commercially aware with sound commercial acumen
- Team player and assist where necessary with Admin support
