We are looking for a mechanically biased maintenance engineer to join our manufacturing facility in Tamworth.

As a company we operate across 4 continents and have substantial investment plans for the next 12 months to completely modernise our manufacturing facility based in Tamworth, we are currently a small team of 4 and are looking for a multi skilled engineer with a mechanical bias to help support our expansion.

Your day-to-day responsibility with include a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance. You’ll be repairing and maintaining a wide variety of machinery including filling machines, mixing machines, picking robots, extrusion machines, compressor systems amongst other plant-based machinery. Some of our machinery is quite bespoke and full in-house training will be provided as well as a result.

The Successful Engineer

  • Multi skilled engineer with a mechanical bias 70:30 mechanical is ideal.
  • Recognised level 3 maintenance related qualification is desirable (City and Guilds, NVQ, HNC/HND, Indentured Apprenticeship)
  • Prior experience as a multi skilled engineer in a manufacturing environment would be desirable, however engineers from all industrial backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
