Role: Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £43,000 (OTE £45k)
Overtime: 1.5x rate
Location: Tamworth
Shift pattern: Days - Mon - Fri

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our innovative and fast-paced team. As a global leader in logistics, our client operates at a high volume, providing exceptional service to clients worldwide across 26+ locations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to apply their technical expertise in a world-class environment. Our client believes in the growth of their employees, providing the training and support needed to progress within the company and make an impact on global logistics.

The Role:

  • Perform Preventive and Reactive Maintenance (PPMs/TPMs) based on OEM instructions
  • Daily use of SAP and Microsoft tools to track and manage maintenance
  • Carry out both mechanical and electrical duties, maintaining a variety of systems
  • Support the upkeep of automated equipment, robotics, welding machines, and conveyors
  • Fault-find electrical sensors, motors, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems

The Person:
To be successful in this role as a Maintenance Engineer, you should have:

  • Level 3 Electrical/Mechanical Engineering qualifications (minimum desired)
  • A motivated and adaptable attitude to work
  • Experience with FMCG or automated systems (desirable but not essential)
