Location: Tamworth
Salary: 70k - 80k (negotiable) + package

Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a knack for problem-solving and a strong background in contracts, procurement, and team coordination?

Our client is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth execution of projects. From ordering materials to meeting tight deadlines, you will play a crucial role in the success of our client's operations in the facades and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and smooth project flow.
  • Handle contracts, procurement, and build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Oversee and streamline the ordering process, ensuring projects stay on track and materials are delivered on time.
  • Lead and arrange regular team meetings to align project goals, update progress, and resolve any issues.
  • Ensure all projects meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring no disruption to project timelines.
