Our client is looking for a Plant Area Manager to take the lead in their plant area. It's already one of the top 10 GCA plant areas, but they want someone who can push it to number one.

You'll be leading a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team, ensuring the plant area is well-stocked, beautifully presented, and offers an outstanding customer experience. You'll have full control over purchasing, working with a range of suppliers to bring in the best stock. And with access to the company's own nursery, you'll even have a say in what's grown and sold.

One minute, you'll be coaching your team and planning stock orders. The next, you'll be merchandising displays, monitoring sales trends, and engaging with customers. No two days are the same, and that's just how you like it.
