Nelson Recruitment Services are urgently looking for a Site Managerfor our client based in the Tamworth area to start immediately. Ongoing long term position turning into a permanent contract!
As a site manager you will be based within a school carrying out general maintanence.
The Ideal candidate must have: knowledge of compliance and health and safety on a school site, must have previous experience as a caretaker or site manager with excellentmaintenance skills.
Hours available: Monday to Friday 6:30am-13:00pm
Pay rate: 12- 14 per hour
Duties will include:
General maintenance of school grounds, indoor maintenance of classrooms and communal areas
The Ideal candidate must have: knowledge of compliance and health and safety on a school site, must have previous experience as a caretaker or site manager with good maintenance skills
Key skills would include being organised and reliable, able to use their own initiative, and have good time management.
MUST hold a current advanced DBS
