We are now seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Tamworth. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and proactive individual to play a key role in enhancing our marketing efforts across both businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
  • Use social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to attract candidates and subcontractors.
  • Create engaging content to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor social media performance and optimise strategies for better engagement.
• Content Creation:
  • Write compelling job adverts to attract top talent.
  • Develop sales materials that effectively communicate our services to clients.
  • Assist in creating email campaigns (e-campaigns) for lead generation and client engagement.
• Lead Generation:
  • Leverage social media channels and e-marketing tools to identify potential clients and candidates.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
• Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Support the team with market research, trends analysis, and campaign reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• A creative thinker with a passion for marketing and social media.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging content for various audiences.
• Experience managing social media accounts or running campaigns (preferred).
• Familiarity with e-marketing tools such as email platforms or CRM systems (preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
