Company Overview
A leading UK manufacturer of access management products, serving both domestic and international markets, is seeking a well-seasoned Marketing and Sales Assistant. Their innovative solutions are designed to improve access, security, and efficiency for a wide range of clients, including public spaces, military bases, airports, and private facilities. This role will support the growth and development of the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Event Management:
- Plan and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and client events to showcase access management products.
- Organise product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and distributors.
- Oversee event logistics, including shipping of equipment, promotional materials, and venue arrangements.

Market and Sales Data Analysis:
- Conduct research on UK and export markets to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the access management sector.
- Prepare detailed sales and market performance reports for management review.
- Support pricing strategies by analysing competitor activity and market demands.

Social Media and Digital Marketing:
- Manage and create content for social media platforms, focusing on B2B engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the team to develop email marketing campaigns, website updates, and digital brochures.
- Track and report on digital marketing performance, recommending strategies for growth in both domestic and international markets.

Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and tenders tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data, leads, and sales activity.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery for export orders.

Marketing Campaigns and Branding:
- Develop promotional materials that highlight the company's product range and unique selling points.
- Support branding efforts to maintain the company’s position as a leader in the access management sector.
- Coordinate product launches and ensure consistent communication across all channels.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferably within manufacturing or access management products.
- Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to both domestic and international markets.
- Knowledge of export market requirements is a plus.
