We're Hiring: Automotive Programme Lead

Location: Wolverhampton & LeicesterHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pmContract: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £36,000 - £40,000, depending on experience

Dovetail and Slate are working in partnership with a great training provider to recruit an experienced Automotive Programme Lead. In this role, you'll oversee the delivery of automotive apprenticeship programmes, ensuring a high standard of teaching, learner engagement, and employer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support delivery teams to ensure effective training

  • Plan and deliver sessions (classroom, remote, and workshop)

  • Monitor learner progress and manage programme performance

  • Maintain programme compliance and meet quality standards

  • Engage with employers and manage key relationships

  • Complete relevant admin and health & safety checks

Requirements:
  • Level 3 trade qualification (HGV) and teaching qualification

  • At least 5 years of industry experience and 3 years of teaching/training

  • Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and end-point assessments

  • Confident with data, IT systems, and communication

  • Full UK driving licence
