Responsibilities:

  • Carry out pre-delivery Inspections of new equipment once it arrives at our depot from the factory.
  • Set-up and commissioning of new crushing and screening equipment on site at our customers locations.
  • Trouble shooting, fault finding and diagnosing any machine issues customers experience and repair of same on site.
  • Service, Repair and maintenance of all machines within an assigned territory both on site and at our depot
  • Service Engineers are backed up by a highly experienced service department and a continuous training environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 year's experience in the construction, quarrying, aggregates and recycling sectors, with a good knowledge of quarrying and aggregates industry practice and health & safety regulations.
  • Have a good knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting and repair, and must be competent in following electrical and hydraulic schematic diagrams to diagnose faults.
  • Competent in welding and fabrication.
  • Computer Literate.
