CONTINENTAL DAYS (4ON, 4OFF DAYS - 07:00-19:00)

We are looking for a motivated Toolmaker to join a market leading building product manufacturer. Reporting directly to the Tooling Supervisor you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong toolmaker looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.

Role Description:

• Press tooling/moulding
• To repair/refurbish and manufacture Tooling to maximum production efficiency
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Self motivated and task orientated
• Ability to work from Engineering drawings
• General machining and bench hand experience essential
• Working with CNC Machinery and Wire Erosion
• Ensure housekeeping is to highest standard

Skills and Qualifications:

• City and Guilds qualification (or equivalent)
• Candidates must be a time served Toolmaker
• Experience in an Extrusion/Mould shop Environment
