** New Role *** - Are you an experienced Administrator with excellent organisational skills with string attention to detail  ?We have a new and exciting role working for a local business in Tamworth as their full time administrator A 37.5 hour week - Monday - Friday 0900 - 1700hrs with a 30 minute lunchFull parking, great location to local ammenities The role is a vital position within the test certificate / quality department and will include:Duties to include but not limited to the followingBooking in goods on stock computer system
  • Booking in goods onto test certificate system
  • Allocating & confirm picking goods on stock computer system
  • Producing outgoing test certificates
  • Stock balancing via stock input forms / stock checks
  • Preparing and submitting project documentation
  • Preparing documentation for third party inspections
  • Maintaining calibration records
  • Logging and investigating customer complaints

  • Speed & accuracy of data entry

The person we are looking for must have strong organisation skills, have a flexible approach and be a hard worker.  Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.  30 minutes lunch break.
