Part time Administrator required for our Tamworth based client. Working within a friendly team, the Office Administrator will support the Office Manager and General Manager in all administrative duties at Paddock Gear & Engineering Ltd. Monday - Friday 09:00 - 13:00, salary circa £13phRoles & Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and compare quotes from suppliers to ensure good cost control
  • Raise and manage departmental purchase orders
  • Goods receipt orders and process invoices
  • Assist with the coordination of documents within the production environment
  • Assist with the bookings and arrangements for machine tool service contractors 
  • Organise service reports and documentation
  • Help to organise any relevant training (H&S etc) needed for workshop staff
  • Support the Office Manager in maintaining H&S training records
  • Meet and greet all visitors to the site and ensure sign in
