Exciting New role just IN !! We are recruiting for a well recognised business in Tamworth to join a well established company & team. Reporting into the Sales Director, your role is to be responsible for ensuring the work-flow relating to the operation with data processing, administration & communications are completed to a high standard & within agreed timescales. Duties :-* Build and maintain effective relationships with servicing branch personnel* Liaise with Key Account Managers, estimating and technical departments relating to order processing* Manage day to day administration tasks, to include processing of incoming calls, raising of quotations, managing and responding to all enquiries sent through the central ordering sales office * To assist customers with requests and enquiries to the agreed timescales * Review CSO processes and procedures to recommend improvements to increase efficiency in the department. To be a success we are looking for candidates who have previous administration experience, ideally sales order processing and excellent customer service skills. Excellent starting salary plus benefits are on offer to join the business and have a varied and busy role.
