- Project Tracking and Updates:
- Set up and maintain project trackers to provide real-time project updates.
- Review and organize incoming project records effectively.
- Document Preparation and Control:
- Prepare and distribute client documents with attention to detail and document control standards.
- Support internal and external communications, manage inboxes, and handle employee policies.
- Administrative and Organizational Support:
- Attend project meetings, distribute minutes, and track action items.
- Provide general administrative support across the project, adapting as required.
- Proven experience in a project support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations is a plus.
