We are recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of our client in Tamworth to work at a leading manufacturer producing G.R.P (Glass Reinforced Plastic) building products.
The company are in a period of growth and positions will be Temp to Perm after an initial 12 weeks for the right candidates.
4 DAY WORKING WEEK!!!
Hours are Monday - Thursday 6am - 4.30PM
4 Day Week - 1 in 4 Fridays are potentially worked - however if targets are hit this Friday is paid but not worked!
This is a physical role and can involve some heavy lifting
Experience in the following would be advantageous
- GRP Manufacturing Experience
- Previously worked in a manufacturing environment
- Working with machinery
- Working well as part of a team and individually
- Working to targets
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times

- Flexible approach
- Good attention to detail

Pay is from £12.21
Higher rate up to £13.28 once fully trained and targets and quality output are met
