About the role

ABC Teachers is seeking a Sports Cover Supervisor to provide both Sports and general cover across a range of Secondary Schools in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain classroom experience while sharing their love for sports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver PE lessons and general cover across KS3 & KS4.
  • Supervise pre-planned lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Sports Cover Supervisor you will:

  • Experience working with young people in an educational or coaching setting.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • A passion for sports and education
  • Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

  • Experience working with young people in an educational or coaching setting.
