- Process end-to-end payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies quickly and effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date records of payroll changes, including tax codes, benefits, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures, and all relevant legislation.
- Assist with the preparation of payroll reports and data analysis for senior management.
- Support the HR team with payroll-related administration, including P45s, P60s, and timesheets.
- Contribute to process improvements to ensure efficient payroll operations.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll or a similar role.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a problem-solving approach.
- Comfortable working on-site 5 days a week (dropping to 4 after training).
