About the Role:As Partnerships Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving new business through impactful partnerships within both SME and Industrial / Commercial (I&C) sectors.

You'll identify and engage key partners to introduce new leads, broadening reach in the energy and sustainability markets. You'll proactively manage a portfolio of high-value partners while continually scouting and securing new alliances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with current and prospective partners, serving as the strategic touchpoint to maximise growth opportunities.
  • New Partnerships Development: Actively hunt for new business partners, employing market insights and networking to build a robust partner portfolio.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years in energy consultancy or a related field with proven expertise in relationship-building and partnership management.
  • Confident in negotiation and strategic sales - skilled at identifying synergies with potential partners and converting these into concrete results.
  • Knowledge of energy markets (gas, electricity) is advantageous, though not required.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
