A growing energy consultancy are looking for a Partnerships Manager role to be responsible for creating, maintaining and maximizing commercial and strategic partnerships and relationships. The role requires close collaboration with businesses and strategic partners across both SME and I&C sectors, as well as the strategic development of new partner relationships such as Accountancies and Insurance brokers. If you have previous experience of growing and developing partnerships, with a strategic mindset this could be the role for you.
Key responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of Strategic Partners who introduce leads into the business
- Prospecting and winning new Strategic Partners across the UK.Â
- Leveraging your own personal network and attending networking events
- Utilise leads database and social media – particularly LinkedIn - to hunt for new partners.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients, delivering engaging presentations that showcase our solutions and value.
- Work closely with sales team to identify and maximize new sales opportunities, ensuring collaborative efforts lead to successful outcomes.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Used to delivering sales and leads from partner organisations and negotiating best deals.
- Strong customer-facing experience is key exceeding basic service expectations.
- Skilled in presenting and professional persona
- 3 years of experience in the energy industry – ideally procurement.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignmentsÂ
- Ability to proactively anticipate obstacles and develop contingency plans.
- Take responsibility for work quality and timeliness.

Location:      Homebased with 1 day a week in Tamworth – UK travel essentialÂ
Salary:         £45,000 - £55,000 plus completive commission
