We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Tamworth. The Role:As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2. You will inspire and motivate students, supporting their academic and personal growth while maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance learning
- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning atmosphere
- Collaborate with colleagues and teaching assistants to support student development
- Communicate regularly with parents and carers to keep them informed of student progress
- Contribute to the wider school community through participation in school events and activities
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stages 1 and/or 2
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for teaching and supporting pupil development
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
