The Role:

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons to pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2. You will inspire and motivate students, supporting their academic and personal growth while maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance learning
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
  • Implement effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning atmosphere
  • Collaborate with colleagues and teaching assistants to support student development
  • Communicate regularly with parents and carers to keep them informed of student progress
  • Contribute to the wider school community through participation in school events and activities
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stages 1 and/or 2
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
  • A genuine passion for teaching and supporting pupil development
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
