Your Role as a Lead Generator

As a Lead Generator, you’ll be instrumental in identifying and connecting with potential business clients, generating new leads, and securing appointments for the energy consulting team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Proactively sourcing new business: Reaching out via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce the company’s services.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends: Keeping informed about the latest energy and utilities sector updates to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Working alongside the sales team: Ensuring smooth handover of leads for maximum conversion.
  • Tracking success: Meeting and exceeding key performance targets.
  • Expanding sales opportunities: Identifying cross-selling opportunities to maximise the value of each customer interaction.
  • Building a presence at events: Representing the business at networking events, industry expos, and trade shows.
  • Driving outbound engagement: Making calls and conducting site visits to drum up interest and book appointments.
  • Keeping records up to date: Managing lead information within the CRM system.
