About the role:

The Product Manager for Lighting will oversee the development, management, and optimisation of a portfolio of lighting products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, ensure market competitiveness, and deliver innovative lighting solutions that align with customer needs and organisational goals.

Main duties of Product Manager

Develop and implement a product strategy aligned with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.

Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of new features and updates.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities and gaps.

Work closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to define product specifications and ensure successful execution.

Analyse market trends, customer demands, and emerging technologies in lighting.

Define the unique value proposition and positioning for each product in the portfolio.

Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, and R&D teams.

Communicate product updates and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor product performance using key metrics such as revenue, profitability, and market share.

Identify opportunities for product improvements or new offerings based on data-driven insights.

Prepare regular reports on product performance and strategic recommendations.
