Learning Management System Coordinator
We are recruiting for a Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator to join our Tamworth based client. In this role, you'll engage with the business to produce high level content for a purpose-built online learning management (LMS) system, introducing a streamlined way of working to ensure efficiency.
As a LMS Coordinator you will need to have/be:
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, specifically Excel
- Experience of working with abode suite of products
- Experience of managing a Learning Management System
- Attention to detail to ensure a high level of content
- Well organised, reliable, hard working individual, able to work on your own initiative and also as part of a team
- Effective use of interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
- Use research and analytical methods, practices, and procedures to define and resolve issues

- Salary: 30, 000 - 34, 000
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday

Role of LMS Coordinator:
- Work with SME's to produce and edit content for the LMS system
- Create modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course (s)
- Create supporting and training material such as manuals or guides
- Review materials created by others and offer suggestions for improvement
- Edit and approve the final versions of products, using company guidelines as a gauge
- Write internal communication to regularly inform employees of important notices
- Maintain the LMS and work with OpenLMS to ensure that the systems is always fully operational
- Act as liaison with LMS programmers and troubleshoot all problems or changes
- Manage all training requests for internal training
- Plan and manage a program for content to fit with the business
- Provide internal face-to-face training on internal products
- Liaise with CIBSE to ensure that content can be used for certification
- Conduct regular analyses of processes and procedures, making adjustments when necessary
- Implement new and existing processes to ensure efficiency
- Import, validate and provide accurate interpretation of data from Learning Management System (LMS)
- Present progress and results of tasks to management and other interested parties in person or in digital format which includes providing regular reports for line managers and heads of departments for them to manage their teams training
- Establish contact lists of collaborators
