Our client that is headquartered in the Tamworth area is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth. This role involves traveling to various sites, with the requirement of staying away when required.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective communication of project objectives to all members of the team.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders through consistent and proactive communication.
- Manage and guide the project team, setting personal goals and promoting a safe, successful project delivery.
- Facilitate a key role with project reviews and weekly meetings throughout all project phases: Design, Procurement, Construction, Commercial & Project debriefs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement the overall strategy for project success.
- Provide regular updates on project status, key issues, and performance objectives.
- Monitor progress, milestones, and interdependencies to ensure timely project delivery.
- Implement processes for performance monitoring, productivity, and quality control.
- Assist with commercial management in partnership with the QS, including cash flow, payment milestones, and terms & conditions.
- Influence the commercial performance of the project, managing variations, change control, and agreements.
- Establish high standards for the quality of information, services, and the end product.
- Implement relevant project specifications and standards.
- Oversee Health and Safety processes, ensuring adherence to CDM coordination.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, internet systems and database programmes.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Strong ability to foster relationships and promote the company in a professional manner.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project teams, monitor project progress, and ensure quality control.
- Understanding of commercial management processes, including cash flows, change control, and procurement.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety processes, including CDM coordination and risk management.
- Prior experience working on large-scale projects, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering within budget.
