Our client, operating within the water sector, is seeking experienced Project Managers to join their team on a contract basis. This opportunity focuses on various water projects, primarily wastewater, and will involve client-side management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the delivery of water projects to ensure they meet time, cost, and quality requirements
- Managing project teams and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and coordination
- Developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Conducting risk management to minimise project risks
- Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Preparing and presenting project status reports to stakeholders
- Managing project budgets and financials effectively
- Maintaining strong client relationships through regular liaison and excellent service
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in project management, preferably within the water sector
- Strong understanding of wastewater project delivery and client management
- Proficiency in using project management software and methodologies
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively both onsite and remotely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant project management qualification or certification
- Knowledge of IR35 regulations and contract management
