Our manufacturing client in Tamworth is looking for a Quality Manager to join their Operations Team on a permanent basis at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tamworth. Working Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:00pm this role offers an incredible opportunity to contribute to our ongoing success and growth.

As a Quality Manager you will ensure that our products and services meet the highest quality standards, in line with customer expectations and regulatory requirements. You will also lead and motivate your team to achieve their objectives, contributing to the overall success of the company.

" Develop and implement quality policies and procedures to maintain high standards
" Set product quality targets and operational strategies that align with business objectives
" Drive long-term quality improvement plans and promote continuous improvement
" Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and certifications
" Analyse data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement in quality, customer satisfaction, and internal performance
" Implement corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness
" Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards
" Maintain our RoSPA Gold Award status and uphold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
" Lead customer complaint investigations and implement resolutions
" Collaborate with the Technical department to align product quality with customer expectations
" Develop risk management plans to ensure product reliability
" Mentor and develop a team of quality assurance and HSE professionals, setting objectives and providing training where necessary
" Guide and support on compliance matters, including legislative and HSE updates

The ideal candidate will have;

" NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma
" Proven experience using quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5Y
" In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
