Quantity Surveyor Role
This developer is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor into their already award-winning team, to take ownership and head up the commercial function of their individual projects on a mixture of brand-new residential developments in the West Midlands.

Responsibilities of quantity surveyor:
Manage site costs and budgets
Monthly reporting
Provide accurate cost estimates when required
Manage project lifecycle

Experience:
3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying on residential development projects.
Developer, subcontractor or main contractor background
Degree qualified or equivalent
Used to manging relationships, subcontractor and reporting cost controls
