Estate Agent Sales Valuer - Tamworth - £27.5k basic plus commission
A great opportunity to join this long-established independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built up an impressive and reputable business in the area for many years. They are actively looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Valuer who will be responsible for generating new business and carrying out valuations. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and driven candidate who has a proven record in generating new business who is hungry to earn lots of commission!
Main Duties for the Sales Valuer Role:
- Conduct in the region of 50 property valuations per month, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, guiding them through the valuation and listing process.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, property pricing, and sales strategies.
- Work closely with sellers to list their properties effectively, ensuring maximum exposure and interest.
- Follow up on previous sales valuations undertaken in the previous days to convert leads into instructions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of valuations, ensuring consistent follow-ups and nurturing potential listings.
- Co-ordinate with sellers and in-house marketing professional to generate professional marketing photos, floor plans, and engaging social media content to maximize property exposure.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and local market knowledge.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring sellers feel confident and supported throughout the sales journey.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert valuations into instructions and successful sales.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed performance targets while maintaining high professional standards.
Required:
- Estate Agency Valuation experience ESSENTIAL
- A proactive, results-driven individual with a strong work ethic.
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding service to clients.
- Confident in handling valuations, pricing strategies, and securing instructions.
- Ability to track, follow up, and convert valuation leads into instructions.
- Strong eye for detail in presenting properties professionally, working with photography, floor plans, and social media content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the Tamworth property market.
- Ability to manage multiple valuations and listings efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, online property portals, and digital marketing strategies.
Working Hours - Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota with time off in lieu
