Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer - Tamworth - £26k basic plus commission

My client is a leading, independent Estate Agency and Lettings brand who have been established in the area for many years. They are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer with proven experience in developing new lettings business, a local knowledge of the Lettings Market in the Tamworth and surrounding areas and the drive to grow the company portfolio.

Main Duties for the Senior Lettings Negotiator / Valuer:

  • Create, arrange and conduct viewings across lettings
  • Reporting lettings feedback to landlords and objection handling on potential applications
  • Manage and update applicant database
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords during the tenant referencing process
  • Generate new business and forecast reporting
  • Booking, undertaking valuations to best of ability and managing the post valuation process with the landlord
  • Creation of new listings and liaising with in house marketing for scheduling of floor plans, marketing photos and potential videos
  • Gaining landlord approval for listing and publication on all marketing portals
  • Making sure properties are compliant upon letting out, liaising with property management were required
  • Run credit & employment checks
  • Setting new tenancies
  • General office administration
  • Supporting tenant with the move in process and handover of keys

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication skills both spoken and written
  • Be self motivated and enthusiastic at all times
  • Be able to work effectively within a team
  • Have experience working as a Lettings Negotiator & Lettings Valuations
  • Display high standards of service and presentation
  • Have a pro-active and can do approach
  • Have a full UK driving licence and own car for which mileage will be paid

Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and one in three Saturdays with time off in lieu
