Zeal Permanent Placements are Recruiting on behalf of our client for a Recruitment Consultant in Tamworth.

Our client are a long standing and extremely reputable business in the area and are looking for an experience individual who is looking to progress up the ranks within the industry.

Our client Specialize in the following sectors:

- Warehousing / Industrial
- Manufacturing
- Engineering
- Commercial

The job role includes:

- Recruiting suitable candidates based on clients needs
- Interviewing candidates including RTW checks
- Building relationships with current and new clients and really showing a passion to do so
- Providing leads to the sales team
- Attending client meetings
- Managing and working on internal CRM system
- Building and growing the plan of clients / workers
- Managing a work phone, including out of hours calls / group chats
- Check in rota for new starters
- Taking calls / Liaising via email

The ideal candidate MUST:

- Want to progress into a more senior role as soon as possible.
- Have a passion to help the team in order to progress
- Have a desire to excel
- Be comfortable speaking to clients and workers in a polite and professional manner
- Have a driving license and be happy to attend meetings within a 20 mile radius (can be further occasionally)
- Have a minimum of 1 years experience in recruitment

The hours of work are 08:00-17:00 Monday - Thursday / Friday is typically between 2-3 when the work is done.

The salary offered is between £26,000-£29,000 depending on the candidate.

There is also a very attractive bonus structure based on temporary staff placed, as well as permanent staff too.
