We are recruiting for aTraineeAccounts Assistantto join our team inTamworth.

As a growing region Haines Watts Tamworth are looking for highly skilled entrepreneurial individuals to join the team to assist us in achieving our strategic goal of being the number one advisor to owner managed businesses.

This role will involve assisting the team in the management and delivery of accounting services for our owner managed business client portfolio.

Duties will include:

As a Trainee Accounts Assistant, you will be partnered with a Haines Watts training mentor who will support you with your on the job learning journey and introduce you to the world of accounts. Full training will be given and for the right candidate it is an opportunity to begin a prosperous career with excellent training and progression working for an award-winning firm.

With Haines Watts you will learn to:

Prepare analyses and make postings using the firm's accounting software

Produce draft financial statements for Limited Companies using the firm's accounting software

Produce draft tax computations for Limited Companies using the firm's accounting software

Assist more senior members of the team as required

What you will need to be:

Punctual, presentable and with the ability to communicate

Qualifications:

You will have 112 UCAS points from 3 A Levels (excluding General Studies) as well as GCSE Level 5 or above in English Language and Maths.
