We're working on behalf of a well-established business based in Tamworth to find a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Co-ordinator to join their thriving team. The Role:
As a Sales Account Co-ordinator, you'll play a key part in supporting the sales team by:
- Acting as the first point of contact for client enquiries.
- Managing a portfolio of accounts and building strong relationships.
- Processing orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports and updating CRM systems.

What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing or sales support role.
- Excellent organisational abilities with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
