Job Duties:- Provide administrative support to the Social Housing department
- Manage and update databases and records
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute documents and reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:Prior experience in an administrative role preferred
Knowledge and Skills:- Understanding of social housing sector is desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Additional qualifications in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in the construction industry
This role is based in an office environment. Working hours are typically Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required during busy periods. The role may involve occasional travel to different sites within the region.
